Over the years I’ve done just about every diet out there in an attempt to lose weight for good. The only time I’ve ever seen results that have lasted came from sticking to the basics of eating clean – consuming whole foods, balancing proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats and eating smaller meals over the course of the day every 3 hours or so. It’s something I’m aiming to commit to again in 2015 long-term, but I’ll be the first to admit it’s harder than it seems to stick with it if you’re trying to leave a lifetime of bad habits behind.
Abigail Keeso, RN, BScN understands this struggle just as well as you and I. After struggling with her own body image issues, trying fast-fix diets and working to reach a place where she felt good about herself, she found her happy place in clean eating.
Abigail and co-founder Christopher Hopkins launched That Clean Life in January 2014, starting with a series of e-books and challenges that took place over the course of the year and on January 1, 2015 they launched their full platform that provides recipes, automated grocery lists, customizable meal plans and more challenge opportunities. There’s a pricing structure to suit everyone’s budget and even an option to access Abigail’s nutrition coaching services.
